Job Summary
Handle support inquiries with solution documentation and communicate directly with business partners or remotely take over PCs for troubleshooting. Create comprehensive English documentation for the Service Desk solution database and generate regular reports to project management, escalating issues as needed. Perform error analysis, install software, and assign licenses via SCCM. Requires IT training, two years of experience, Level 2 incident management skills, and a Class B driver's license. Salary includes tariff agreement and project allowance.
Required Qualifications
- IT-Ausbildung oder Umschulung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Incident-Management auf Level 2 Niveau
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SCCM
- Führerschein Klasse B
