Job Summary
Junior IT Engineer responsible for 1st-line IT support across SaaS and on-premises environments, triaging and resolving incidents via phone, email, chat, and in person. Will work out-of-hours shifts, support Office 365 and cloud services, set up laptops/desktops, install software, manage licensing, perform user provisioning and deprovisioning, ensure security and updates, and assist with IT hardware/software lifecycle. Proficiency with Casper/TeamViewer remote management tools, and collaboration with the Support Technician for solution analysis and design is required.
Required Qualifications
- Role: Junior IT Engineer
- Experience in IT Service Desk or IT support
- Working with Office 365 and cloud-based systems
- Experience with Windows 10/7, Mac OSX
- Hardware setup and imaging laptops/desktops
- Software installation and licensing
- User provisioning and HR-related onboarding/offboarding
- Knowledge of ITIL (preferred)
- English communication skills
