Job Summary
As a Junior IT Consultant, you’ll design and specify future-proof software solutions based on business requirements, translating functional needs into robust software architecture and supporting the full software development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with development teams, ensure adherence to architecture principles, and contribute to operation, continuity, and ongoing enhancement of applications. Strong emphasis on clear communication with product owners, analysts, designers, and developers, and on delivering quality, reliable solutions across the lifecycle. The role offers hybrid work in Naarden, Netherlands, with flexibility on where and when you work, and opportunities to grow within a diverse IT team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology or Computer Science (WO level) or comparable
- 0 to 2 years of experience as a Junior IT Consultant
- Analytical mindset and quick understanding of business needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts clearly in Dutch and English
