Job Summary
Provide day-to-day IT support for endpoints, servers, and network infrastructure across Tunisia offices and production sites, troubleshooting issues and maintaining equipment inventory. Monitor cybersecurity dashboards, manage access hygiene, and support security awareness initiatives while assisting with audits and compliance activities. Translate business needs into requirements for data-driven applications, helping map processes and support the design, testing, and rollout of simple AI-powered tools and dashboards. Work under mentorship from the local IT lead and CIO/CISO to build expertise in IT operations, cybersecurity, and business applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or a related field
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi) and cybersecurity principles
- A clear communicator who can summarize information simply, in French, Arabic and English
- Organized and detail-oriented, you follow through and keep things on track
- Curious about how the business works, with an interest in turning real-world processes and challenges into structured data and technology solutions
- Proactive, you look for what needs to happen next without being asked
- Comfortable switching between different types of tasks throughout the day
- Professional and reliable when working with local colleagues, vendors, and HQ contacts
- Adaptable and eager to learn, ready to grow beyond your comfort zone
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS...)
- Masters' degree
- Internships, academic projects, or any relevant exposure to IT or cybersecurity
- Comfortable with Windows
- Basic familiarity with Linux and general server concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS
- Interest in scripting (PowerShell, Python)
- Interest in data & analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, low-code/AI app builders) and how they turn business processes into structured, decision-ready data
- Willingness to learn enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and security tools on the job
