Junior IT Auditor (UAE Nationals Only- Dubai- Freshers)

Conduct daily audits of HRIS systems and payroll processes to ensure compliance with global employment standards. Review hiring workflows, onboarding procedures, and statutory payment mechanisms within the Family Book platform. Validate data integrity across salary processing and global payroll transactions for clients in over 140 countries. This role is open to freshers with up to two years of experience and requires a degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Information Technology. Based in Dubai, the position supports Trans Skills' global EOR operations and recruitment solutions across the Middle East and Africa.
