Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis, including tracking ongoing client actions and drafting correspondence. Contribute to the production and review of quarterly investment reports, support the preparation of trustee meeting packs, and update compliance documents. Prepare communications to members regarding plan changes and assist with non-client tasks such as implementing investment templates and updating committee materials. Collaborate daily with Irish-based consultants and support teams in Portugal and Ireland to coordinate and deliver exceptional service for corporate and trustee clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Management, or a related field
- Professional or academic background in Finance/Investments
- Understanding of pensions, investment markets, and asset classes
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2)
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach to prioritising and managing a wide range of ongoing tasks effectively
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, and confidence in dealing with client contacts
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Hybrid work arrangement with at least three days a week in the office
