Job Summary
Build and maintain underwriting models for individual real estate assets and portfolios, conducting property-level due diligence including valuation reviews, market comparables, and title/legal status checks. Support investment committee materials and investor-facing documentation while assisting with data analysis across large NPL and REO databases. Liaise with appraisers, legal advisors, and banks on live transactions, and contribute to market research and sector analysis for residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Assist senior team members across asset management workstreams and strategic initiatives for NPL/REO and direct real estate transactions in the Greek and broader SEE market.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in real estate valuations, underwriting, appraisal, or transaction advisory
- Strong Excel modelling skills
- Familiarity with DCF, comparables, capitalisation approaches
- Solid grasp of valuation methods and key real estate metrics
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Surveying), or related field
- Familiarity with asset management concepts including business plan monitoring, capex tracking, hold/sell analysis, and asset-level reporting
- Excellent Greek and English; written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large datasets
