Job Summary
International Sales Manager in Warsaw responsible for developing new business with media agencies and advertisers in the CEE region and beyond, building strong relationships with agencies and clients, and positioning YOC’s premium advertising offerings in strategic media plans. Key duties include identifying and developing new business opportunities with media agencies, advertisers, and programmatic buyers; maintaining relationships with existing clients; presenting and promoting effective ad formats and programmatic solutions; managing the full sales cycle from acquisition to negotiation and close; building relationships with key decision-makers in agencies and brands; collaborating with internal teams (AdOps, Creative Studio, Marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction; staying informed on digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities in the region; achieving and exceeding defined sales goals and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in sales of digital marketing
- experience in programmatic advertising, media buying or ad tech
- proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
- strong knowledge of digital advertising products, programmatic buying, and agency dynamics
- excellent English (C1/C2)
- strong negotiating, presentation, and communication skills
- self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment
- established network within the CEE digital marketing or agency landscape
