Junior International Buyer - Bilingual Mandarin/ English

Review requisitions and create purchase orders based on approved quantities and requirements. Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, production status, and product availability. Follow up on new items and purchase orders to meet launch timelines. Enter and maintain accurate shipping schedule information in the system daily and cross-check weekly. Monitor shipments, back orders, and customer required delivery dates; escalate potential delays. Support the development and maintenance of positive vendor relationships. Assist with researching defective, damaged, or incorrect goods and coordinate vendor return documentation. Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed. This role requires bilingual English and Mandarin skills and a Bachelor's degree. Full-time, in-office position in Irwindale, CA.
