Job Summary
Present individual spaces to clients and assist Senior Designers with project notes and recaps. Draft construction documents including elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and finish schedules, while assembling spec books for clients, architects, and builders. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience working with an Interior Design firm
- Experience in all facets of new construction
- Exposure to the full design process from concept, schematic and design phase to construction documentation
- Proficiency in Autocad
- Proficiency in Sketchup
- Proficiency in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Capability to create project documentation and visual presentations
- Capability to draft construction documents including elevations, reflected ceiling plans, finish schedules and specifications
- Capability to assemble spec books for clients, architects, and builders
