Job Summary
Match candidates with open vacancies at client companies, independently design recruitment campaigns, and maintain warm relationships with existing accounts. Guide applicants through the entire application process and their career journey at Tempo-Team. Scout talent online and conduct enthusiastic introductory conversations or calls to secure new placements. Manage your own schedule to achieve daily targets while switching between tasks and sales activities. Requires HBO work level, a valid B driver's license, and a personal vehicle. Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with a trial period in the first month.
