Job Summary
Conduct daily recruitment activities by holding candidate interviews in the morning and executing cold acquisition and client visits in the Drachten and Dokkum regions. Act as the bridge between companies and job seekers to create optimal matches while pursuing weekly targets discussed with your manager. Leverage your own transportation to proactively reach out to clients and demonstrate commercial drive. Onboard into the StartUp program to learn HR and recruitment fundamentals from experienced colleagues.
