Job Summary
Manage your own portfolio of logistics, technical, and commercial roles as the HR partner for clients and career coach for candidates in Eindhoven and the surrounding Kempen region. Visit existing clients to act as their on-floor sparring partner and proactively reach out to new prospects via phone or spontaneous visits to source fresh vacancies. Craft compelling job descriptions, identify top talent online, and conduct interviews to secure the perfect match before handling all post-deal contract and administrative follow-up. Requires a B-level driver's license and own transport, with a weekly schedule of 36 to 40 hours. You will join a dynamic team at Randstad's Eindhoven location, supported by a comprehensive onboarding program and a competitive salary range of €2,850 to €3,300 gross monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau (een afgeronde of bijna afgeronde hbo-opleiding)
- Een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer
