Junior Instructional Designer

Job Summary
Junior Instructional Designer will provide instructional design expertise and support to university projects, collaborating with faculty to build or enhance course content and support educational technology across online, hybrid, and technology-enhanced formats. Responsibilities include design across instructional methodologies, consultation and training for faculty, development and maintenance of training materials, coordination with third-party vendors, and management of LMS activities (course creation, user management, permissions, layouts). Required skills include HTML, JavaScript, graphic design software, effective communication, knowledge of audio/video/learning tools, and familiarity with LMS and information systems used in higher education. The role emphasizes collaboration with faculty and staff to deliver timely, high‐quality course/content delivery and support for online learning programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Technology, Web Development or other related degree with at least 2 years related classroom and instructional technology experience working in a higher education setting.
- Experience with Windows, Mac OS
