Job Summary

Design and develop engaging e-learning courses about methods, technologies, and processes within the Eurofins network for all employees, based on internal training materials from subject matter experts. Update and implement multilingual versions of e-learning courses using translation resources. Support the administration of the internal Eurofins Learning Centre, including course assignments, learner enrolments and reporting. Create supporting learning materials such as user guides, quick reference guides, manuals and handouts. Monitor the Eurofins Academy support mailbox, responding to common learning and development queries, and directing more complex requests to the appropriate team members. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of learning content, processes and the overall learner experience across the global organisation. This permanent, full-time position is based at the corporate office in Katowice, Poland.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduated with master's degree in business, science, or engineering
  • Excellent English
  • Based in Katowice, Poland

Desired Qualifications

  • Fluency in other languages
  • Experience in training or teaching
  • Previous experience with Articulate Storyline360, or any alternative e-learning authoring tool (e.g. Articulate Rise360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Elucidat etc.)
  • Experience with a Learning Management System
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, at different stages of development
  • Strong collaborative spirit and willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a variety of colleagues
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
