Job Summary
Conduct object supervision for building projects in the LPH 8 area, focusing on mechanical trades and supply systems. Manage costs, timelines, and quality while participating in site meetings and supporting contract-compliant invoicing. Assist with construction documentation using digital tools. This role involves onsite travel and responsibility for multiple projects within the industrial and real estate sectors. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik bzw. vergleichbares Ingenieurstudium oder Weiterbildung zum TGA-Meister/-Techniker der Fachrichtung HLSK oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
- Reisen zu den Baustellen vor Ort in der Region
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung in Form von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
