Job Summary
Conduct object supervision for construction sites in the LPH 8 area, focusing on mechanical trades and supply technology. Manage project costs, schedules, and quality while participating in site meetings and supporting contract-compliant invoicing. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to utilize digital tools for building documentation and ensure technical processes align with project goals. This role offers direct exposure to industrial and real estate developments, providing valuable insights into term and quality control within the Drees & Sommer organization.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik bzw. vergleichbares Ingenieurstudium oder Weiterbildung zum TGA-Meister/-Techniker der Fachrichtung HLSK oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
- Reisen zu den Baustellen vor Ort in der Region
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung in Form von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
