Job Summary
Conduct object monitoring for construction sites within the LPH 8, focusing on electrical and control technology in the KG400. Manage project costs, schedules, and quality while participating in site meetings and contributing to building documentation using digital tools. This role supports junior engineers in gaining practical experience on industrial and real estate projects, with a preference for candidates who have completed relevant internships or technician studies. Full-time employment in the region requires readiness for travel and on-site responsibility, supported by opportunities for mobile work and continuous development through the Drees & Sommer Academy.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder ein vergleichbares Ingenieurstudium bzw. TGA-Meister, Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen zu den Baustellen vor Ort in der Region
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung in der Bauleitung in Form von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
