Job Summary
Junior Influencer Marketing Manager responsible for end-to-end influencer campaigns, from creator sourcing and briefing to tracking, optimization, and reporting. You will manage influencer communications, build long-term creator relationships, coordinate timelines across internal teams and external partners, monitor real-time KPIs, and deliver actionable optimization opportunities. The role requires 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields, fluency in German and English, independent task ownership, and strong budgeting skills in Excel/Google Sheets. You’ll contribute to campaigns across multiple European offices and enjoy a hybrid remote work arrangement with office presence in Berlin.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, PR, or project management
- Proficiency in German and English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Budget tracking proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Curiosity about emerging platforms, trends, and innovative campaign formats
