Job Summary
Analytical role supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close; cost accounting analysis of production variances; monitor inventory valuation and controls; ERP data integrity including BOMs and labor routings; budgeting and forecasting contributions; partnership with operations and cross-functional teams; development of standard costs; manufacturing KPI tracking; involvement in new product launch financial analysis; support for fixed assets tracking and startup costs across production lines; requires collaboration with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting (manufacturing experience strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
