Job Summary
Analyze cardiac CT scans using proprietary CaRi-Heart software in line with company standard operating procedures, covering clinical and research project data. Manage customer data through logging and reporting while collaborating with internal teams to improve software, workflows, and internal processes. Liaise with clinical staff for image quality control and provide timely support to customers across internal initiatives and external partnerships. This role expands the current UK team of eight, with a comprehensive training program provided. Based in Oxford, candidates must reside within 50 miles; full-time office attendance is required initially, followed by a minimum of four days per week. The position contributes to Caristo's global expansion in cardiovascular AI diagnostics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in technical or life-science subject (e.g. biomedical sciences)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of statistics
- Computer literate
- Must be based within 50 miles of Oxford
- Minimum of 4 days per week in the office
- Full time attendance in the office (during initial training period)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of medical imaging / quantitative data analysis
- Experience of customer / account management
- Basic anatomical knowledge of the heart
- Cardiac CT knowledge
- GCP certified
