Job Summary
Conduct routine inspections, calibrations, and functional checks on flow, level, pressure, temperature, analytical, and vibration instruments. Test and troubleshoot control valves and associated components, ensuring accurate positioning and proper fail-safe modes. Work with analog and digital communication protocols, including HART and Foundation Fieldbus, to maintain wireless instrumentation solutions. Interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, and motor control schematics to support stable process conditions. Perform hands-on assessments covering instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting, with pay rates starting at $35.00/hr and per diems ranging from $130 to $150/day. Schedules range from 6/10s to 7/12s, with rotations limited to 13 consecutive days.
