Job Summary
Manage smaller industrial Design & Construct projects from procurement through handover, handling progress claims, variations, and project costs. Lead client, builder, and subcontractor meetings while managing resource planning and contract interpretation. Resolve commercial pressures and changing programmes, ensuring difficult conversations are handled diplomatically to prevent costly delays. Progressively take ownership of project delivery with senior support, moving beyond technical execution to drive commercial outcomes and problem-solving.
