Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the HR Department by handling responsibilities across the entire associate lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, HRIS, training, and special projects. Educate associates and management on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues while delivering training and recommending updates to company policies to ensure compliance with federal and state laws. Assist in onboarding and exiting associates, resolve confidential issues with tact, and support the 30, 60, 90-day check-in and stay interview processes. Organize in-office events to foster a positive workplace culture and assist in developing new team members. Work directly with associates and management on employee relations, providing coaching and preparing disciplinary documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years' experience working in the Human Resources field
