Job Summary
Junior Human Resources Business Partner located in Boynton Beach, FL, supporting employees, managers, and HR initiatives across MSPB's multi-site healthcare organization. Provides hands-on HR support including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, talent acquisition/recruiting, employee engagement, training coordination, HR administration, and day-to-day HR operations. Partners with payroll, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and operations to deliver an exceptional employee experience while maintaining policy compliance. Responsibilities include responding to routine HR questions, maintaining confidential employee records, supporting onboarding and training, coordinating interviews and candidate communications, assisting with HRIS and ATS maintenance, and generating routine HR reports. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred), 2–4 years of HR experience (preferred), strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools; healthcare experience and Workday familiarity are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, employee support, or related HR functions preferred
- Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, performance management, recruiting, training coordination, or other HR functions
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems preferred
- Preferred qualifications include Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms and healthcare/multi-site experience
