Job Summary
Manage HR processes from hire to retire, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies while maintaining accurate employee records in Workday and SAP. Resolve HR inquiries submitted through Workday Help within defined SLAs, identify owners for out-of-scope requests, and update process documentation to support service quality. Act as the primary contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on hiring, onboarding, time and leave, benefits, and payroll while coaching on system navigation. Partner with HR systems to optimize business processes in Workday and explore AI and automation tools for continuous improvement. Work in a hybrid model with office days in Milan, reporting directly to the HR Service Center Lead.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in HR
- Bachelor's degree within HR, Business Administration or similar (or relevant experience, at least 1 year)
- Language skills: Italian, fluent English verbal and writing
- Service-minded and focused on providing a great customer experience
- Work quality, with a dedicated focus on details and able to work well with deadlines
- Motivated, independent and we-thinking
- Curious and continuous improvement mindset
- Work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of German, French or Danish
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP)
- Experience in international environment
