Job Summary
As a dedicated HR Partner, nurture and establish stakeholder relationships to drive the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies through the EH Way and AI-first methodology. Provide instrumental guidance on HR and legal compliance, taking a risk-management approach to IR and ER matters. Act as the expert in the room to ensure clients feel confident in Employment Hero’s mission to make employment easier and more valuable. Focus areas include resolving reactive compliance and legislative queries with sound IR/ER judgment, maintaining high client engagement and zero avoidable churn with C-suite and managers, and delivering AI-driven efficiency improvements. Responsibilities span strategic advisory and client management (planning HR strategies, performance frameworks, employee engagement for a portfolio of 4–15 clients), commercial management, pre-sales support, and technical HR & compliance tasks (IR advice, case management, HR audits). Embrace The EH Way and AI Innovation by leading platform adoption, using asynchronous communication, and contributing to AI-focused initiatives. Manage the EH platform for clients using tools like Asana, Slack, and the EH AI Agent; ensure timely implementation and high-quality HR outcomes.
