(Junior) HR Implementation Consultant (m/w/d)

Lead HR software implementations for clients ranging from multinationals to mid-sized enterprises by analyzing existing HR processes and advising on optimization strategies. Serve as the primary contact for personnel process inquiries and act as the bridge between IT and HR, translating business requirements into accurate workflows. Coordinate project timelines and assume full project leadership responsibilities, including explaining core software functions to clients. Requires strong analytical skills, IT affinity, and fluency in German and English, with a preference for remote or on-site work in Munich.
