Job Summary
Junior HR Generalist based in Athens, Greece. Responsibilities include participating in the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and participation; sourcing and approaching candidates via LinkedIn and other channels; contributing to Employer Branding initiatives including event coordination and support; registering and monitoring HR invoices; supporting Employee Engagement initiatives and corporate events; assisting Learning & Development by coordinating training programs and maintaining records; coordinating with external HR partners and vendors; maintaining and updating HR records and reports; participating in HR projects to enhance the employee experience. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Management, or related field; 0–2 years of HR, Recruitment, or Administrative Support experience; strong Microsoft Office skills; proficient English; excellent communication and organizational abilities; detail-oriented with eagerness to learn; and a team-oriented, professional mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience in HR, Recruitment, or Administrative Support
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Team-oriented mindset and high level of professionalism
