Job Summary
Junior HR Data Analytics role within PwC's People Analytics & Labour Cost team. Intern/Trainee supporting data analysis, metrics, reporting, and HR systems; responsibilities include understanding HR data concepts, developing analysis of workforce metrics, contributing to central reporting systems, and assisting in turning data into practical HR insights. Preferred but not required: Master’s in HR or related exposure; emphasis on analytical thinking, data management, and collaborative teamwork to drive HR decision-making.
