Job Summary
Junior HR Business Partner to provide operational and strategic HR support across employee relations, absence, performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, and capability. Partners with managers across the Swindon and London offices to support talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, restructures and workforce planning; contribute to HR projects and policies; use HR data to identify trends and support decision-making; support the annual HR cycle including performance and salary reviews; promote best practice and ensure policies are applied consistently; build strong relationships with stakeholders across both offices.
Required Qualifications
- CIPD qualification or working towards it would be advantageous
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor, Junior HRBP, or similar generalist HR role
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing employee relations cases with confidence and professionalism
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to influence and challenge constructively
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment
