Oversee the hotel’s overall operations with a hands-on leadership style, directing the management and operations teams to deliver exceptional hospitality, efficiency, and financial results. Responsibilities include procurement, administration, HR, revenue management, sales and marketing, supplier engagement, kitchen participation, roster optimization for efficiency and quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene rules. Develop annual business plans and budgets aligned with organizational goals, while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance. The role requires leading by example on the floor, fostering a collaborative and motivated team, and leveraging a strong professional network to raise the company’s profile in the hospitality sector. Solicit and monitor performance through regular coaching and development conversations, and maintain high standards across operations.”,
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hotel operations and management
- Ability to lead and coach the management team (Chefkok, Bedrijfsleider & FO) & operations team
- Strong network within hospitality and ability to leverage it for company visibility
