Job Summary
Support the development and implementation of an exemplary Junior High Cross Country program to provide the best possible educational and athletic experience for each student. Conduct daily training sessions and manage team logistics while holding a required Coaching Authorization issued by the Iowa Department of Education. Complete an onboarding pre-hire process with the Department of Human Resources, including a criminal background screening and training requirements. Bilingual ability is preferred or highly desirable. Compensation is $2,368 over three installments during the sports season.
