Job Summary
Conduct JV basketball coaching for 8th-grade boys while prioritizing sportsmanship and academic success. Advocate for multi-sport athletes and encourage participation in additional athletic programs. Outline specific supervision methods, practices, and procedures during the application process. Provide First Aid and CPR certification and demonstrate proficiency in NFHS fundamentals, concussion prevention, heat illness prevention, and creating a safe, respectful environment. Engage effectively with parents throughout the season.
