Job Summary
Conduct JV basketball coaching for 7th-grade boys while prioritizing sportsmanship and academic success. Advocate for multi-sport athletes and encourage participation in additional athletic programs. Submit a yearly program plan of action, detailed supervision methods, and procedures during the application process. Provide First Aid and CPR certification and demonstrate knowledge of NFHS fundamentals, concussion prevention, heat illness protocols, and creating a safe, respectful environment. Ensure effective engagement with parents and maintain a focus on athlete welfare within the Blue Ridge Unified School District.
