Job Summary
Conduct daily practices and games for the 8th Grade Boys football team while prioritizing sportsmanship and academic success. Advocate for multi-sport athletes and encourage participation in multiple athletic endeavors. Submit a yearly program plan of action, outline supervision methods and procedures, and maintain current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and NFHS coaching fundamentals including concussion prevention and heat illness management. Ensure a safe, respectful environment for all participants and engage effectively with parents.
