Job Summary
Conduct phone interviews, schedule recruiting appointments, and cold call to recruit real estate agents. Deliver office tours to prospective agents, follow up via calls, texts, and email, and assist with recruiting events and networking opportunities. Create and appear in social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok while building relationships to grow the brokerage. Receive one-on-one mentorship and hands-on training alongside a Senior Growth Strategist to learn recruiting strategies. This fast-paced role offers a direct path to a rewarding career in recruiting within San Antonio's top real estate brokerage.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Desired Qualifications
- Real estate experience preferred, Sales & Recruiting experience
- Real estate background or license is a plus, but not required
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
