Job Summary
Junior Growth Engineer (RevOps) responsible for building automations, AI workflows, integrations, and internal tools to improve marketing and revenue operations; collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to create AI-powered workflows, data systems, and dashboards; run experiments to improve funnel efficiency and performance; learn and apply new AI tools and platforms; requires knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, Python, APIs/webhooks, and no-code/low-code tooling; hybrid remote/office in Lyon, France; 35 hours per week; English preferred.
Required Qualifications
- built automations, AI agents, or workflows, or internal tools using automation platforms like n8n or Make, or APIs, webhooks and no-code/low-code tools
- SQL
- JavaScript
- Python
- English fluency
- experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Supabase, Airtable, or GA4 (bonus)
- AI-native mindset/tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Lovable (bonus)
- familiarity with growth ops, revops, growth engineering (bonus)
