Job Summary
Deliver print-ready artwork and campaign, event, and launch creative on time and on brand while building core design skills during a fixed-term appointment. Produce high-quality packaging, promotional, and Member-facing materials that strengthen the brand and drive product appeal. Create digital and social assets with meticulous accuracy, applying established brand systems and proficient Adobe Creative Suite skills. Support the Product team by ensuring color-proofing precision and adapting to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years graphic design experience (internship, studio or junior agency role)
- Some exposure to packaging and artwork production
- Digital and social asset design
- Willingness to learn and work within established brand systems
- Working / proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of print production, packaging design and final artwork processes
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field
- Print-ready and colour-proofing accuracy
- Creativity and innovation, with a willingness to experiment and bring unique insights
- Quality-orientated, meticulous, accurate and precise
- Learning agility, open to new experiences, solutions and feedback
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong team player with clear concept communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, focused and able to follow through to meet tight deadlines
