Job Summary
Design multi-channel assets including social media graphics, flyers, posters, email layouts, and digital ads while resizing and adapting existing designs for various platforms. Enforce style guidelines by strictly adhering to brand colors, typography, and logos, then proofread all layouts to ensure high technical accuracy and visual consistency. Update marketing templates regularly, make website updates or post content directly to social media channels, and manage the internal library to keep photos and design files organized. Ready final files for website upload, social media posting, and professional commercial printing. This part-time role (20 hours/week) requires living in the Tulsa, OK area, with hybrid work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for day-to-day collaboration, meetings, and workplace communication
- Strong foundational sense of layout, color theory, typography, and visual balance
- Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while strictly meeting project deadlines
- Must live in or near the Tulsa, OK area with the ability to attend in-office meetings or events as needed
- Close visual acuity to review detailed graphics, check typography, and match brand color profiles accurately
- Manual dexterity needed to operate a computer, mouse, keyboard, and standard office equipment
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Portfolio showcasing school, volunteer, freelance, or personal design projects
- Must live in Oklahoma
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ticketing systems or project management platforms like Airtable to track creative requests and deadlines
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
