Job Summary
Junior Graphic Designer responsible for creating learning materials and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, designing across multiple formats, and ensuring brand consistency. Responsibilities include developing high-quality visuals for training programs, marketing campaigns, social content, and digital ads; assisting with video editing and motion graphics; enforcing brand standards; collaborating with the Design Team and stakeholders; managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; adopting AI tools to improve efficiency and ideation; and staying current with design trends to deliver polished materials aligned with quality guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of experience in a graphic design role within an agency or corporate environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
- Strong portfolio demonstrating core graphic design principles
- Ability to integrate AI tools into design workflows, with examples of practical application preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with video production or motion graphics a plus
- Understanding of digital multimedia formats and publishing
