Job Summary
Junior Graphic Designer responsible for supporting the design team across print and digital projects, including Social Media Graphics, Email Graphics, GIFs, website graphics, infographics, and branding materials. Work alongside the Design Lead and Senior Designers to deliver projects on tight timescales, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, participate in client communications, and contribute creative input on new projects. Responsibilities include producing creative designs, ensuring quality and meeting briefs, attending design briefings, and staying current with design trends and tools. Hybrid role with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home; based in Bristol, UK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with print and digital design
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Experience adhering to brand guidelines
- Ability to receive feedback and work under pressure
- Experience with social media campaigns a plus
