Job Summary
Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer (Python) to design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud Platform. You will craft clean, maintainable code, develop components to optimize the chatbot ecosystem, and collaborate with developers and designers to meet project requirements. Leverage NLP, NLU, ML, and LLMS (including TTS, STT, and SSML) to enable intelligent user interactions and integrate chatbot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs. Stay current with trends in chatbot development and troubleshoot complex issues in distributed environments. Strong emphasis on Dialogflow CX, Google Cloud CCAI, and Microsoft Bot Framework capabilities, with a focus on delivering scalable conversational AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration
- Proficient in NLP, NLU, ML, and Conversational AI
- Extensive experience with the new LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX, as well as traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities
- Solid understanding of Google as a Software-as-a-Service platform
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex, distributed environments
- Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Experience integrating web services into applications
