Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer

Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots utilizing leading Conversational AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud technologies. Build scalable, high-performance conversational experiences by leveraging NLP, NLU, ML, TTS, STT, and SSML, and integrate chatbot systems with back-end services and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements, and contribute to the chatbot ecosystem with custom components and tools. Stay current with advancements in Dialogflow CX (including the new LLM playbooks) and cloud-native architectures. Requires 2+ years of experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework and Python backend development; Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience. Remote work option available with relocation program benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
