Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer

Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using Google Dialogflow CX and other Conversational AI platforms. Craft clean, efficient code and build custom components to optimize chatbot ecosystems. Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements. Leverage NLP, ML, and LLM techniques (including TTS, STT, and SSML) to enable intelligent user interactions, and integrate chatbot systems with backend databases and APIs. Stay current with trends in chatbot development and troubleshoot complex issues in distributed environments. Requires hands-on Python experience, Dialogflow CX, Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Relocation program and remote-work flexibility are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration
- Proficient in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI
- Extensive experience with the new LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX, as well as traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities
- Solid understanding of Google as a Software-as-a-Service platform
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex, distributed environments
- Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Experience integrating web services into applications
- Nice to have: Familiarity with automated testing practices
