Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer

Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud Conversational AI platforms. Write clean, efficient Python backend code and implement API integrations to enable data exchange across systems. Build and optimize chatbot components and tools, applying NLP, NLU, ML, and LLM-driven playbooks to create scalable, high-performance conversational experiences. Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements, leveraging TTS, STT, and SSML to improve user interactions. Stay current with advancements in chatbot development and ensure seamless backend integrations with databases and APIs for robust conversational workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration
- Proficient in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI
- Extensive experience with the new LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX, as well as traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities
- Solid understanding of Google as a Software-as-a-Service platform
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex, distributed environments
- Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Experience integrating web services into applications
