Job Summary
Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer to design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud Platform. Role emphasizes building scalable NLP/ML-driven conversational experiences, integrating with backend systems via APIs, leveraging Playbooks in Dialogflow CX, utilizing NLP/NLU, TTS/STT/SSML, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality chatbot ecosystems. Requires Python backend experience, familiarity with SQL, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Remote-friendly with relocation program offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration
- Proficient in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI
- Extensive experience with the new LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX, as well as traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities
- Solid understanding of Google as a Software-as-a-Service platform
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex, distributed environments
- Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Experience integrating web services into applications
