Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer (Python) to design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on NLP, ML, and LLM-powered Playbooks. You will integrate chatbot systems with backend databases and APIs, build scalable components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in conversational AI and ensure robust, high-performance bot solutions for diverse use cases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration
- Proficient in NLP/NLU, ML, and Conversational AI
- Experience with Dialogflow CX and LLM playbooks
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Experience integrating web services into applications
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in distributed environments
- Knowledge of Google Cloud SaaS platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
