Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer

Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots utilizing Dialogflow CX and other leading Conversational AI platforms; craft clean, efficient code and implement NLP/ML techniques; integrate chatbot systems with backend databases and APIs; collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements; stay current with advancements in chatbot development and cloud-native architectures; leverage TTS, STT, and SSML to enable intelligent user interactions with scalable, high-performance conversational experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration
- Proficient in NLP, NLU, ML, and Conversational AI
- Extensive experience with the new LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX, as well as traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Experience integrating web services into applications
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Experience integrating web services into applications
