Job Summary
Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer to design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud technologies, with a focus on NLP/ML, LLM-powered Playbooks, and backend integrations. You will craft scalable, maintainable code, build custom components to optimize the chatbot ecosystem, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements. The role emphasizes leveraging NLP/NLU, ML, TTS, STT, and SSML to enable intelligent user interactions, integrating backend systems and APIs, troubleshooting complex issues, and staying current with advances in chatbot development. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development and chatbot orchestration
- Proficient in NLP/NLU, ML, and Conversational AI
- Experience with LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Experience integrating web services into applications
